Studio Nights

Roughly once a month, we will join together in Minneapolis to integrate our learning experiences from the field days, have discussion, host guests, and provide classroom studio time for our projects.

Field Days

About once a month, our days in the field will consist of traveling throughout MN & WI to explore and learn from others in a variety of unique experiences and perspectives. Our program takes the approach of an Open Source Learning model as we tap into people, their skills & the culture of our region, inviting all to share their experience and tell their stories through tours and hands-on projects. Carpools will be strongly encouraged and can be arranged when needed. View some of our amazing past & current Partners >

“The farm visits were incredibly inspiring and a wonderful break from the rhythms of living in a city.” – Past Student

Autumn Harvest Potluck

The culminating harvest of our program, we will gather in community to enjoy a feast and celebrate the work & play of our season together.

“I enjoyed most the wide variety of sites and people we visited. Getting the opportunity to ask questions, listen to the stories and work alongside the people who are breathing and sweating for an abundant future was invaluable. Also, the smallness of the Open Hearth crew made the learning process more intimate; I imagine years-long friendships coming out of this season of growth together. ” – Past Student
